| Federal
Testing Great idea to eliminate Iowa, California and
Stanford standardized tests of basic skills. New federal test can
measure political ideas and psychological attitudes (for targeting) and
at the same time eliminate proof of failure to teach basic skills. Home
scholars won't be able to document superior basic skills because there
won't be any scores to compare them to. |

|
Independent Standardized
Tests To be avoided at all
costs. They stir up unnecessary trouble when the media and parents find
out most of the students cant read, write or do math. [Note: In Maryland we got
rid of all the standardized tests in 1994 when they showed only one in
four of our fourth graders was reading on level.] |

Teachers People whose forced membership and payment of
dues to the National Education Association (NEA) makes it the biggest
lobbying group in the country and sends one 1 of 4 total delegates to the
Democratic convention. |
|
|
NEA We have the Democrats in our pocket. Our
political agenda is world citizenship, abortion/euthanasia/population
control, legalization of drugs, outlaw home schooling, secure the right
for gays to marry, et cetera. |
|
|
Far Left Extremists Intolerant and judgmental term used by Far
Right Extremists to describe the NEA. |

Waco, Ruby Ridge, Elian Gonzalez Raid Events which
show anti-government, religious types
what will happen to them if they're not careful.

Section 7-202 Stupid law passed by Maryland State
Legislature that says we have to give standardized tests to each and
every child in Maryland every year starting in second grade
to measure their reading and to provide remediation or delay
promotion if minimum cutoff scores arent met. We think its a
stupid law and we think learning to read is even stupider, so we just
ignore the law. |

Outcome Based Education
(OBE) What we have in Maryland. OBE can be summarized by Karl Marx: From
each according to their ability, to each according to their need.
Individuality and competition are out; group-think and cooperation are
in. As a school of fish or a flock of birds, the class will move
together. |

MSPAP
The State Board had to drop it, reluctantly. Although inexact and expensive,
it was the best tool we had to measure how well the
schools were doing in convincing the kids that the government has all the
answers, and that the evil businessman is to blame for everything.
[Note: MSPAP also worked well
to calm nervous parents who asked nosy questions like how come you
dont have any reading scores on my kid? We could tell them the MSPAP is
more difficult and that it measures higher thinking skills
in response to more rigorous standards imposed on the schools. Or we'd
just lie to these boorish, uppity parents and tell them the MSPAP IS
a standardized test, but the parents just arent allowed to see the
scores. Pretty good, huh?] George Bush is making us test individually
for reading and math scores, so we'll have to include academics for awhile.
But once we get the Democrats back in control, we can get back to psycological
testing again. |

John Lennon Imagine
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
